VXL+Shovel 285 Bolt On Hooks

VXL+ shovel is a durable lightweight material shovel, designed primarily for wheel loaders.

This extremely robust bucket is designed for handling large volumes of "free-flowing" low-density materials (maximum 1000 kg / m³), such as grain, wood pellets and snow.

It is recommended to use with wheel loaders that have a lifting capacity of 5 to 10 tons.

To increase strength and durability while reducing weight, many parts of this large shovel are made of 400 Brinell hardened steel, e.g. wear plates under the bucket. The front cutting edge is – like on other Quicke buckets – made of special hardened steel with a hardness 500 Brinell.

Like other Quicke V-type shovels with a "+" it comes standard with vision slots which improve the view of the material being worked on and make the wheel loader's headlights more visible as a safety feature. The viewing slots are standardly made of transparent plastic, polycarbonate (it can be replaced with steel plates as an accessory).

This bulker is equipped with a powerful yet flexible M24 BoH the mounting system, which increases the strength of the shovel and allows it to be attached to most common types of wheeled shovels and telehandlers on the market.

To further increase performance and extend service life, various accessories are available, including:

• Reversible, bolt-on cutting edge made of 500 Brinell hardened steel, serrated cutting edge og plastic wear edge.

• Spillguard L–XL – prevents material from falling over the tool carrier.

• Wall savers – allows you to follow, for example, a concrete wall without damaging it.
